Return Policy

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The return must be received by UNTOUCHABLE GEAR within 30 days of purchase date.
• The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
• A tracking number is required for all returned items.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item UNTOUCHABLE GEAR will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus shipping costs. UNTOUCHABLE GEAR will not re-ship any order that is not received by purchaser without proof of non-delivery. UNTOUCHABLE GEAR will not re-ship any order because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
